Carrot Pineapple Smoothie Recipe 🍍🥕

Ingredients

1 cup chopped pineapple (fresh or frozen)

1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped

1 banana

½ cup orange juice

½ cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)

½ teaspoon grated ginger (optional, but great for freshness)

4–5 ice cubes

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

Add the orange juice and yogurt to the blender first.

Add pineapple, carrot, banana, ginger, and ice.

Blend until completely smooth.

Taste and add honey if you want it sweeter.

Serve chilled.

Tips

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen pineapple and banana.

If your blender struggles with raw carrot, grate it first.

Add chia seeds or oats for extra fiber and staying power.

Optional Add-Ins

Coconut milk for a tropical flavor

Turmeric + black pepper for an anti-inflammatory boost

Mango for extra sweetness

Spinach for more greens without changing the flavor much

You can also turn this into a smoothie bowl by reducing the liquid slightly and topping with granola and fruit.
